3. Project Estimates and Contracts

All project estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final project scope, timeline, and pricing will be detailed in a written contract before work begins. Changes to the original scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in your project contract. We accept various payment methods and offer financing options through qualified partners. Progress payments are typically required at project milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and your satisfaction.

5. Permits and Regulations

Swanson Construction will obtain all necessary permits for your project as outlined in the contract. We ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations in Wilmington NC and Brunswick County. Permit costs are typically included in project estimates unless otherwise specified.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

7. Insurance and Liability
